Parcel Split Survey

Perhaps your lot or parcel is large enough to split into more then one piece. You could possibly sell a portion of your property, while retaining the rest.

In this instance, we will perform a Property Line Survey of the existing site and then do the necessary calculations and drafting to define the new dividing lines and write legal descriptions for the newly created parcels. Corners are marked and a drawing that shows the existing and proposed information is provided. Many municipalities also require that the existing improvements such as houses and garages be shown on your site and on your neighbors’. This additional information allows the city to see if the newly created parcels will comply with their zoning and use regulations.
