You’re finally going to do it! You’re going to build the home of your dreams!
But before the city or township will issue a building permit, they will want to see a Plot Plan. This is basically an Architectural Survey with the proposed house shown in relation to the boundaries and site features. It also has to demonstrate that any rain water running off the site will not flood your neighbor.
