We work with owners, engineers, architects and contractors to ensure that your project is built in the approved location and at the approved elevation. We review plans and set markers the contractor uses to build your project at the required distance from the property line and at the proper elevation above sea level. This is done to prevent encroachments over the property line or zoning setback line and to provide for proper drainage of the site.
